• To facilitate the artist of Uttar Pradesh in getting Opportunity in film industry and stage shows to reduce their unemployment.
• To inticized the film production and stage shows etc.
• To help establishing UTTAR PRADESH ARTIST ACADEMY to organize acting related training.
• To help in providing training in the field of Journalism, writing, photography etc. in the state.
• To establish coordination with Government and Non Government institutions for providing residential facilities for UTTAR PRADESH ARTISTS.
• To prepare the directory for Artists of Uttar Pradesh.
• To make efforts to implement the programmes for honoring Uttar Pradesh Artists for their publications, achievements and personalities.
• To extend efforts with the help of state government to establish FILM CITY.
• To organize cultural programmers’, opinion camps, meeting, debate, awareness camps, eye camp, blood donation camps, social awareness, exhibitions Etc.
• To establish computer education centers and publicity for computer education.
• To conduct programmes for welfare and development of SC, ST, Minorities, OBC and others.
• To organize camps for national integration and communal harmony.
• To organize information , education and communication (IEC) programmes for the publicity of different activities of Social Welfare department, Central and State social welfare advisory both, Capart award, NABARD, SIDBI, Human Resource Development Ministry, UNICEF, SIFPSA, SAIF INDIA, Helpage India, Rajeev Foundation, NAURAAD, Oxfame India, CARE, national women Funds, World bank, SUDA, DUDA, WHO, U.P. minority department, CWWC etc.
• To make Hindi, Bhojpuri, Urdu, and English languages and also to make efforts of film productions and stage shows etc. in these languages.
• To provide incentives to new youth talents in cultural programmes and also to make publicity of NYK and other youth development programmes run by Government of India.
